This will include everything from the Healthy Start PLUS: *2 follow-up meetings (60 minutes each) at 2 and 6 weeks to discuss what is working, where you are struggling, and where we need to make adjustments. After each meeting, you will receive updated nutrition and lifestyle recommendations *A second Food and Mood Journal/NAQ evaluation at the 6 week appointment (so you can see how far you have come!) *Email/Voxer/text between sessions for additional support and to answer any question that may come up *10% discount off of supplements through Fullscript
